How do you feel about the de-horning of Rhinos? Obviously it's not ideal but do you approve of it as a method of stopping poaching?
Well, as an absolute last resort, i guess maybe? I have mixed feeling about this…
1. studies have found that mother rhinos are not as capable of protecting their young, when they do not have horns.
2. whenever you have to dart/sedate an animal that large, it tricky business, and sometimes they don’t wake up again from it.
however, if its the only thing thats going to keep them alive, then i suppose its worth it.

Paxon, do the Lord Howe Island stick insect eggs really have lids on them like in that video? They're like little jars!
it would appear so. jesus makes the little jars for each baby stick insect out of the ground up bones of dead pop stars :3
