Hummingbird Clearwing Moth (Hemaris thysbe), family Sphingidae, Chickasawhatchee WMA, Dougherty County, Southwest Georgia, USA
Individual was taking nectar on flowers low to the ground. Apparently, there are two flights in the south: March-June and August-October.
