The hefty Sonoran Desert Toad (Bufo alvarius) aka Colorado River Toad secretes some pretty powerful toxins that can have strong hallucinogenic effects on humans, but have you ever stopped to consider that maybe these toads don’t want your fucking tongue all over them?
